Finding Inspiration in Every Turn
In last 20 years, I have been working in the fields of Operations and Procurement both in China and Europe. I am passionate about sustainable changes in individuals, teams and organizations.
As an internal and independent coach, I have spent my time in coaching leaders, coaches and teams in the last eight years.
As one of the pioneer Chinese coaches working and living in Europe, I am passionate about building connections between Asia and Europe.
I am a faculty member of CRR Global.
My Story
Who You Are as a coach is how you coach
Ten years ago, my family and I moved from Shanghai to Switzerland, it was a dream came true!
I was the first one in my organization to be relocated from Asian country to Europe, What a pride!
Then, bang! The culture shock, the differences, the conflicts, the language, the way they live….
My family and I were lost!
It took me a year to get out of my Realm until I found coaching.
Coaching changed my perspectives on myself, people, relationships, conflicts, diversity and change.
The impact on myself and others has inspired me to support individuals and organizations in last 8 years.
So today, with pride I am here together with all of you to bring conscious systematic impact to this world.
